World Refugee Day 2024 & Happy 6th Birthday of RAD
Today, June 20th, is a big day for us! It’s the World Refugee Day and the 6th anniversary of RAD Music International, from June 20th 2018 to June 20th 2024, 6 years of existence, overcoming countless obstacles and challenges from Moria Camp to Mytilene, from a refugee group to an intercultural association.
Through music, we share our pain and raise our voices against injustice, discrimination, racism, and for equality and freedom. We bring smiles to those who have lost them and hope to those who feel hopeless.
Although it is with great pain, we are very sorry to announce that we don’t have a music/dance event during refugee week. You might have seen our posts and updates during the preparation time since February, but unfortunately we will not be able to present.
We are happy to have you by our side because these years would not have been possible without your support, energy and motivation. The most important thing for us is to continue raising our voices and empowering people on move. We will be with you on another occasion in the near future.
