In honour of world refugee day Rouddy K. gave a speech to raise the voice of refugees around the world. Here is a small excerpt of his words that day:
[…]
We are refugees sure, but we are not animals. This story of refugees didn’t start today and it will not finish today. Because there is a problem around the world, people will continue to move around the world to look for safety and better life.
[…]
We say no no no to discrimination! People are suffering, people need help! People need freedom! People need better life!
Look around you, how many refugees are here?
[…]
We have one thing in common, it show you that we are one human family.
[…]
Always have hope you will reach the top!
Hope is being able to see that there is light at the end of the tunnel despite all of the darkness.
You cannot change anyone but yourself, live your life but always hope for the best in life.
Regardless of how things turn out, don’t lose hope.
When you lose hope more often you become frustrated. You see there is no meaning in life, but when there is hope, you overcome so many things and challenges in life.
[…]
Be happy, as you are human we are all the same. Thank you!
