Charts play an important role in an organization because they help present complex data in a clear and visual format. Rad Music International, a small organization created by an asylum seeker without any funding, remained stable and impactful thanks in part to our use of charts. Despite our size, we achieved our goals in line with the founder’s vision. Rad may have been a small organization on the island, but it was big in its actions for people on the move. The name “Rad” has become a symbol of change, and through its many initiatives, it has inspired numerous organizations working on the ground. Rad’s contribution in Lesvos has been vital, making a significant impact on the lives of people on the move and promoting inclusion within the local community.
